WHAT IS THE TEEN TECH CENTER?
The Best Buy Teen Tech Center is a place where teens can develop critical skills through hands-on activities that explore their interests in programming, film-making, music production and design. We are here to bridge the divide by giving youth access to tech education opportunities, relationships that help to build confidence, and a foundation for school and career success!
Teens become more capable, creative and confident in their tech skills. They drive their own projects according to their interests and ideas, while our staff and mentors provide support and assistance. No prior tech skills are necessary to join the Teen Tech Center.

Q: What is the Teen Tech Center’s ultimate goal?
A: Our biggest goal is to help teens prepare for their futures—whether that means college, a trade, a career in tech or the arts, or even starting their own business. At the Teen Tech Center, we focus on building real-world skills like creativity, problem-solving, communication, and confidence. Every project and program is designed to help teens discover their passions, grow their talents, and feel ready for whatever comes next. We’re here to support each teen’s unique journey toward success.
Q: How can parents or guardians support their teen’s participation?
A: Your support makes a huge difference. One of the best ways to encourage your teen is to show interest in what they’re working on—ask about their projects, cheer them on, and help them dream big. You’re also welcome to schedule a visit to tour the Teen Tech Center, learn more about our programs, and see firsthand how we’re helping teens grow. We’ll keep you updated on field trips, workshops, and special opportunities so you can stay involved every step of the way. Together, we’re helping your teen build an exciting future.

Monday - Friday
3PM - 7PM
Tuesday hours are 2PM-7PM
Closed Saturday & Sunday
Cost:
FREE for teens ages 12-19
Registration Process:
A parent/guardian must fill out the online registration form, NOT the teen. Once the online application is complete, don't run to the Teen Tech Center just yet! Once our staff reviews your application, you will be contacted with further information and a start date.
