BE GREAT: Graduate This program is designed to enhance each Club member's engagement with learning by providing consistent support from caring and trusted adults in developing the academic, emotional and social skills needed to achieve academic success and advance to their next grade level with the ultimate goal of graduation. Career Launch Career Launch is a career exploration and mentoring program for teens ages 13-18. Through this program the "Gears Up" program was launched with the partnership of The Lost Angels Children's Project. This program teaches youth welding skills, small engine repair, and artistic design through metal art.

DIY STEM: The Science of Everyday
Do It Yourself (DIY) STEM is an activity-based program for 9- to 12 year olds to help them make connections between scientific principles and real-world applications. This program uses common items that Clubs may have on hand, or can procure easily to introduce youth to STEM concepts.

Junior Staff Junior Staff assists Club members in exploring a career in human services, particularly Boys & Girls Club work. Young people prepare for future roles as human services professionals by participating in career development activities, discovering the importance of community service, building customer service skills and completing a Club apprenticeship. By implementing this program we are making an investment in our local youth and the future of the Antelope Valley. We are proud to employ Boys & Girls Club alumni.

Money Matters Money Matters promotes financial responsibility and independence among Club members ages 13 to 18. Participants learn how to manage a checking account, create a budget, save and invest, start small businesses and pay for college.

PowerHour: Making Minutes Count Power Hour: Making Minutes Count provides Club professionals with the strategies, activities, resources and information to create an engaging homework help and tutoring program that encourages Club members at every age to become self-directed learners.

Summer Brain Gain Summer Brain Gain is comprised of one-week modules with fun, themed activities for elementary school, middle school and high school students that are aligned with common core anchor standards. In addition, Summer Brain Gain: Read!, a literacy program, complements the larger Summer Brain Gain curriculum.
