Lending a hand in carnival game fun!
On Friday, June 28th CarMax employees spent time volunteering at the Antelope Valley Boys & Girls Club. We planned a fun day of mini carnival games for the Club kids along with grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs! This fun Friday couldn't have been done without the help from our local CarMax employees. Each employee ran individual carnival games along with handing out candy to the Club kids as rewards. Our local youth loves when our community comes together to plan a day of fun in the summer!
Games such as pin the eye on the minion...
Hula hoop ring toss...
Fish toss for goldfish snacks...
Connect four and giant jenga...
Tic-tac-toe and cornhole...
Our "Commander in Chef" made sure the hamburgers and hot dogs were hot off the grill for the Club kids!
CarMax employees even spent time with our Club teens in a game of volleyball!
We appreciate companies like CarMax taking time out of their busy schedules to give back to the community. Our local youth loves when we come together for summer fun activities and interacting with new faces in the community!
