The Club in partnership with Westside Union School District is excited to provide youth with full day programming that offers fun, meaningful enrichment opportunities that support learning and social growth this summer!

TRANSPORTATION IS OFFERED TO FAMILIES THAT REGISTER BY FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2026.

Transportation may not be available to families registering after that date/time due to bus scheduling needs.


(Early drop off and late pick up is not available.)


Breakfast, lunch and a snack will be available to all registered members.

We encourage parents to pack additional snacks/water if needed.

Microwaves and refrigerators will not be available.

All Day Programming

To help working families, summer programming will run 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Free Bus Transporation

Free district bus transportation will be provided to WUSD students that need bussing to one of our Summer Enrichment program location at no additional cost.

Social Emotional Focus

While summer programming focus' on academic enrichment programs, there is a strong focus on social emotional learning as well. Youth will learn how to manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.

 No Cost To Families

All Westside Union School District Summer locations are provided Free to WUSD students through ELO-P (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program).


A Safe, Fun, and Free all day enrichment program that supports healthy growth and learning opportunities.

Summer Enrichment Overview: During summer program at the Antelope Valley Boys & Girls Club, students are encouraged to participate in daily rotations that consist of programs and activities that promote good character, academic success, personal responsibility, exploration and fun. While at the Club, students are placed in age appropriate groups and have scheduled time in each of our program areas, ensuring they receive a fulfilling, well rounded experience. Below shows how we structure a typical day.


Sample Rotations: Game tournaments, sports, creative arts,  technology,  gardening, crafts, reading circles and more.

Program Highlights

  • Project Learn: The Club will be implementing a Club‐wide summer learning loss prevention program that focuses on hands‐on, experiential learning through high yield learning activities. This initiative offers youth the opportunity to develop their skills in three outcome areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles and Good Character & Citizenship. Project Learn programs and activities are offered throughout the day for all summer day camps within Westside Union School District.
  • Creative Arts: Students will work both individually and in groups to create works of art using a variety of mediums. Projects will include: collage, drawings, watercolor and acrylic painting, arts and crafts, group mural projects and much more.
  • Athletics: Students will participate in daily athletic activities in the indoor multi-purpose rooms. Members will participate in a fun filled summer of recreation games, skills building activities as well as opportunities for outdoor play as weather permits.
  • Technology program: Activities will feature lessons on coding, Internet safety sessions, as well as other education‐based game play. Our professional staff ensure students are receiving fun and educational screen time and provide supervision for students while on the computers.
